Description
This restaurant style (puréed pico) freeze dried salsa tastes as fresh as can be rehydrated. Just add water! You could also use as seasoning for soups, burgers and casseroles.
Makes up to 1 quart or a little over depending on how much water added. Add 1 cup water and increase 1/2 cup at a time to desired consistency.
